Intellectual Property Infringement: Reproducing, distributing, modifying, creating derivative works from, or otherwise exploiting any content on the platform without express written permission from Assthree.

Unlawful Activity: Using the platform to engage in any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations, or that facilitates illegal acts.

Circumvention: Attempting to bypass, circumvent, or disable any security, access control, or content protection mechanisms on the platform.

All content on the platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, course materials, quiz questions, software, and audiovisual elements, is the property of Assthree or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms of Use grants you any ownership rights in the platform content.

If you submit, upload, or otherwise provide any content to the platform, you grant Assthree a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content solely for the purposes of operating and improving the platform. You represent that you have all necessary rights to grant this licence.

The platform provides educational content related to machine learning and cryptocurrency analysis for informational and learning purposes only. This content does not constitute financial, investment, or professional advice. Assthree makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any content on the platform. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on information obtained through the platform.
