Anti-Spam Policy
Last Updated: January 22, 2026
Assthree is committed to maintaining a communication environment free from unsolicited, deceptive, or abusive messaging. This Anti-Spam Policy applies to all users, subscribers, and parties who interact with our platform at assthree.com or use any of our services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with this policy in full.
1. Scope of This Policy
This policy governs all electronic communications sent through, from, or in connection with the Assthree platform. This includes but is not limited to email communications, in-platform notifications, automated messages, and any outreach conducted using data obtained through our services.
2. Definition of Spam
For the purposes of this policy, spam refers to any unsolicited, bulk, or indiscriminate electronic message sent without the explicit prior consent of the recipient. This includes messages that are deceptive in nature, disguise their origin, contain misleading subject lines, or are sent in violation of applicable anti-spam standards and best practices.
3. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on or through the Assthree platform:
3.1 Unsolicited Messaging
Sending electronic messages to individuals who have not provided clear, informed, and verifiable consent to receive such communications. Consent obtained through deceptive means, pre-checked boxes, or bundled agreements does not constitute valid consent.
3.2 Harvesting and Scraping
Collecting email addresses, usernames, or any contact information from our platform through automated tools, scraping scripts, or any other method not explicitly authorised by Assthree.
3.3 Falsified Headers and Identity
Transmitting messages with falsified, forged, or misleading header information, sender addresses, or domain names. All communications must accurately identify their origin.
3.4 Deceptive Subject Lines
Using subject lines or preview text that misrepresent the content of a message or are designed to trick recipients into opening communications under false pretences.
3.5 Bulk Unsolicited Distribution
Distributing identical or substantially similar messages to large numbers of recipients who have not opted in to receive such communications, regardless of the channel used.
3.6 Relaying Through Third Parties
Using open mail relays, proxy servers, or third-party infrastructure to obscure the origin of communications or to bypass spam filtering systems.
4. Consent and Opt-In Requirements
All marketing and promotional communications sent by or through Assthree are based on explicit opt-in consent. Users must affirmatively choose to receive such communications. Consent records are maintained and can be reviewed upon request. Consent may be withdrawn at any time using the unsubscribe mechanism provided in each communication or by contacting us directly.
5. Opt-Out and Unsubscribe
Every commercial or promotional message sent by Assthree includes a clear and functional mechanism to opt out of future communications. Opt-out requests are processed promptly and no further marketing messages will be sent to the requesting address following confirmation of the request, except for essential transactional or service-related communications required to maintain the user's account or fulfil a service obligation.
6. Transactional and Service Communications
Certain communications are necessary for the delivery of our services and are not subject to opt-out controls. These include account verification messages, security alerts, password reset notices, billing confirmations, and other communications directly related to a user's active use of the platform. These messages are not considered spam and will continue to be sent as long as a user maintains an active account.
7. Third-Party Senders and Integrations
Users who integrate third-party tools, APIs, or services with the Assthree platform remain solely responsible for ensuring that their use of such integrations complies with this policy. Assthree does not endorse or assume responsibility for the communication practices of third-party services. Any third-party integration that results in spam being sent through or in association with our platform may result in immediate suspension of access.
8. Reporting Spam
If you receive a communication that you believe violates this policy, or if you suspect that the Assthree platform or its infrastructure is being misused to send spam, please report it immediately to:
Email: contact@assthree.com
Reports should include the full message headers where possible, the content of the message, and any relevant context. All reports are reviewed and investigated in a timely manner.
9. Enforcement and Consequences
Assthree reserves the right to investigate any suspected violation of this policy. Upon confirmation of a violation, Assthree may take one or more of the following actions:
Immediate suspension or termination of the offending account or access credentials.
Removal of content or communications associated with the violation.
Blocking of IP addresses or domains associated with abusive activity.
Referral to relevant authorities where the activity may constitute a breach of applicable law.
Legal action where Assthree has suffered harm or where the violation is of a serious nature.
10. Platform Integrity
Assthree employs technical and procedural measures to detect, prevent, and mitigate spam activity on and through its platform. These measures include rate limiting, authentication protocols, content filtering, and monitoring of outbound communication patterns. Users must not attempt to circumvent or interfere with these measures.
11. Responsibilities of Users
Users of the Assthree platform who send communications to others bear full responsibility for ensuring that their practices comply with this policy and all applicable standards. This includes maintaining accurate and up-to-date consent records, honouring opt-out requests without delay, providing accurate sender identification in all messages, and refraining from purchasing, renting, or using contact lists obtained from sources that do not guarantee verified consent.
12. Changes to This Policy
Assthree may update this Anti-Spam Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, or applicable standards. The date at the top of this page indicates when the policy was last revised. Continued use of the platform following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy. Users are encouraged to review this policy periodically.
